Basic Responsibilities of the Analyst

• Carrying out analysis in M&A and strategy projects like fieldwork, market analysis, client interviews, target identification, financial analysis, cost analysis etc.
• Performing industry & company research as well as drafting executive reports on acquisition targets including market position, product portfolio, potential synergies and risks
• Support in industry, business and financial due diligence.

Qualifications required

Very strong intellectual capability. Knowlege of business administration especially finance, controlling, marketing.

Work experience required

1-2 years relevant transaction or strategy experience with an investment house, consulting firm or industrial company.

Educational background requirements

Strong undergraduate degree. Advanced degree required, MBA from a recognised program preferred.

Language requirements

Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken. Additional German capabilities desirable.
