Basic Tasks

  • Support of marketing, client acquisition, public relations and personnel recruiting tasks
  • Administrative support
  • Project support
  • Appointment management
  • Support of project controlling tasks
  • Event organisation
  • Drafting reports, preparation of presentations.

Qualifications required

Knowlege of business administration and some marketing. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Work experience required

Minimum 2-3 years relevant office experience with a renowned company (consulting or other professional services company preferred).

Educational background requirements

Minimum undergraduate degree.

Language requirements

Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
